Common questions
When will I receive my order?
Each order is prepared for you after the confirmation call, then handed to the courier within 1 working day. Delivery then takes between 2 and 5 working days, excluding the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and public holidays. The product page and checkout show the exact dates for your wilaya.
All questionsHow does cash on delivery work?
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. The amount is the one shown at the end of your order: sweets, any gift wrap and delivery. Nothing is paid online.
All questionsWhy do you call me after my order?
We call every customer on the verified number to confirm the sweets, the address and the amount to pay. Your order is prepared only after this confirmation. If you do not answer, we call again, then we try your second number if you gave one.
