Our Oriental pastries combine Levantine tradition with an Algerian touch: Turkish baklawa with pistachios in thin phyllo, an Oriental baklawa assortment and date-filled maamoul pressed in a traditional mould.
Orange blossom syrup adds the final note to the flaky pieces; the baklawa can be ordered in classic syrup or, as an option, honey. Every piece is made to order.
