Algerian dry cookies are the everyday companions of tea and coffee, but also the stars of Eid platters and wedding celebrations. Ghribia with almonds, with its crackled surface and sandy melt-in-your-mouth texture, is their symbol; it makes up our dry-cookie mix with shortbread and petits fours.
