These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Le Miel d'Or and its customers for any order placed on the website lemieldor.com.
2. Products
Our products are oriental pastries, artisanal dry cookies and premium nuts. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) including all taxes. Le Miel d'Or reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.
4. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. Order confirmation constitutes a sales contract between Le Miel d'Or and the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card or cash on delivery. Online payment is secure.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available across all 7 Emirates in the UAE within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping costs 25 AED, free above 300 AED.
7. Returns & Refunds
Change of mind returns are accepted within 12 hours of delivery (product must be unopened and intact) β exchange or store credit only. Quality claims (spoiled, damaged, wrong item, missing items) are accepted within 24 hours of delivery β full replacement or refund. See our return policy page for full details.

All content on lemieldor.com (text, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
