These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Le Miel d'Or and its customers for any order placed on lemieldor.com. Online ordering is not open in the UAE yet: these terms will apply once it opens.

Our products are oriental pastries, dry cookies and nuts, made to order. Photographs illustrate the products: handmade pieces may look different.

Prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) including all taxes. Le Miel d'Or reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.

Any order implies acceptance of these T&Cs. Order confirmation constitutes a sales contract between Le Miel d'Or and the customer.

Payment is made on delivery (cash on delivery): the customer pays the full order amount upon receiving the parcel. No online payment is required.

Delivery is to your door in the United Arab Emirates, in the emirates offered at checkout. After the confirmation call, the order is prepared and handed to the courier; delivery then takes between 1 and 3 working days. Delivery costs 25.00 AED, free from 300.00 AED of pastries (gift wrapping does not count toward this amount).

Change of mind returns are accepted within 12 hours of delivery (product must be unopened and intact) — exchange or store credit only. Quality claims (spoiled, damaged, wrong item, missing items) are accepted within 24 hours of delivery — full replacement or refund. See our return policy page for full details.

All content on lemieldor.com (text, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
