If you received your order in perfect condition but simply changed your mind, you may request a return within 12 hours of delivery. The product must be unopened, intact, and in its original packaging. In this case, we offer an exchange for another product or a store credit β no cash refund.
If you received a product that is spoiled, expired, crushed, broken, melted, has an off smell or taste, or does not match your order (wrong product, missing items, incorrect quantity), you have 24 hours from delivery to file a claim. We will offer a full replacement or a complete refund.
Accepted claims: spoiled or expired product, crushed or broken packaging, melted or deformed items, off smell or unusual taste, wrong product delivered, missing items from the order, incorrect quantity. Not accepted: partially consumed products (more than one piece tasted), products stored improperly by the customer after delivery (e.g. left in heat), cosmetic preferences (shape, color variations natural to handmade sweets), claims filed after the 24-hour window.
Contact our customer service by phone, WhatsApp, or email within the applicable time window (12h or 24h). Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will respond within a few hours and arrange a resolution.
For quality issues, refunds are processed within 5 business days after validation of your claim. For change-of-mind returns, only exchange or store credit is available β no cash refund.
Products that have been mostly consumed (more than one piece tasted) cannot be returned under any circumstance. Claims filed after the applicable window (12h for change of mind, 24h for quality issues) will not be accepted.
