Once confirmed, the order goes into preparation and can no longer be cancelled. To change it, contact us as soon as possible while it is pending.

Every order is confirmed by phone or SMS before shipping — you never receive a surprise parcel. If the parcel arrives damaged, simply refuse it with the courier and contact us: full replacement or refund. However, refusing a compliant parcel without reason cancels the order, and repeated refusals may limit access to cash on delivery for your future orders.

Every order is made fresh (not sitting in stock), vacuum-sealed and delivered to your door. The price difference reflects the ingredient and freshness difference — and you can taste it.
