Due to the food nature of our products, returns are only accepted in case of defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Contact our customer service by email or phone with your order number and photos of the product. We will offer an exchange or store credit.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after validation of your claim, via the same payment method used for the order.
Opened or partially consumed food products cannot be returned, unless a manufacturing defect is found.
