Contents

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Lemieldor EURL. Contact details are in the legal notice and in section 10.

2. Data we collect

For an order: name, phone number (verified with an SMS code), optional second number, delivery address, optional email, order contents and any gift message. For an account: name, email, optional phone, saved addresses and favourites. For the newsletter: your email. For a message: name, email or phone, and your message. While you browse: technical data (IP address, device and browser type) and, only with your consent, the measurement cookies described in section 7.

3. Purposes

We use this data to process, confirm by phone, deliver and track your orders; manage your account and code sign-in; answer your messages and complaints; prevent fraud and abuse (number verification, sending limits); keep the site working and secure; and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Only with your consent: send you our offers by email, and measure site traffic and the performance of our ads.

4. Recipients

Your data is never sold. Each recipient gets only what it needs: the courier company that carries your parcel (name, phone, address, amount to collect); our SMS provider (number and message text); our email providers, Amazon Web Services for sending emails and Google Workspace for our inbox; Sentry, for tracking technical errors on the site; our host (see the legal notice). Only with the consent you give in the cookie banner: Google (Google Analytics, traffic measurement) and Meta (Meta pixel and Conversions API, ad measurement; for an order placed with that consent, the Conversions API sends Meta your email, phone and first name in hashed, unreadable form).

5. Transfers outside Algeria

Google, Meta, Amazon Web Services and Sentry process data on servers outside Algeria, notably in the European Union and the United States. Under Law No. 18-07 (arts. 44 and 45), these transfers take place only with your express consent or when they are needed to carry out your order: for traffic and ad measurement, by clicking “Accept” in the cookie banner; for sending emails and tracking site errors, by placing your order, signing up or sending your message after reading the notice that links to this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time (sections 7 and 9).

6. How long we keep data

Orders, receipts and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligations). Account: until it is deleted, from your account area or on request. Sign-in codes: 30 days. Record of the SMS and emails sent for an order: 365 days. Saved carts: 90 days. Messages sent through the contact form: 730 days after they are handled. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; your address is then kept on an opt-out list so we never write to you again. Measurement cookies: for the periods set by Google and Meta; you can delete them at any time in your browser.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies it needs to work (region and language, sign-in session) and keeps your selection and favourites on your device; these need no consent. Only with your consent, given or refused in the “Accept / Decline” banner: Google Analytics cookies (traffic measurement) and Meta pixel cookies (ad measurement). Your choice is stored on your device. To change it, clear the site data in your browser: the banner appears again.

8. Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it, and sign-in and phone verification use one-time codes.

9. Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected, updated or erased, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds; you can object without giving a reason to its use for marketing (Law No. 18-07, arts. 34 to 37). Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. To exercise these rights, write to us (section 10); a correction is made within 10 days. You can also refer the matter to the national personal data protection authority (ANPDP).

10. Contact

For any question or request about your data: contact@lemieldor.com, or through the Contact page.
